Title IX requires San Joaquin Delta Community College District to designate a Title IX Coordinator(s) to monitor and oversee overall Title IX compliance.  The District has a Title IX Coordinator and two Title IX Co-Coordinators.

Any person may report sex discrimination or harassment (whether or not the person reporting is the person alleged to have experienced the conduct), and/or retaliation in violation of District policy in person, by mail, by telephone, by video, or by email, using the contact information listed for the Title IX Coordinator and Title IX Co-Coordinators. A report may be made at any time (including during non-business hours) by email.

Questions regarding Title IX, including its application and/or concerns about noncompliance, should be directed to the Title IX Coordinator or Title IX Co-Coordinators. They are available to explain and discuss: your right to possibly file a criminal complaint; the District's complaint process, including the investigation process; how confidentiality is handled; available resources, both on and off campus; and other related matters.  For a complete copy of the policy and procedure, or for more information, please click here or contact the Title IX Coordinator or Title IX Co-Coordinators.

Employees are required to report known or reasonably suspected incidents of sexual misconduct to the Title IX Coordinator, Title IX Co-Coordinators, or the District Police Department.  Students may make a report directly to the Title IX Coordinator, the Title IX Co-Coordinators, Campus Police, or to local law enforcement where the incident occurred.
