New Club Information

 

Want to Register a New Club for the 2024-2025 Academic Year?

Registration Deadlines:

  • Fall 2024 - TBA
  • Spring 2025 - TBA

*Students may begin the club registration process two weeks prior the start of the fall and spring semester.
 


 

What do you need to register your club?

Step 1: Find at least FOUR (4) students currently enrolled at San Joaquin Delta College enrolled in 4 or more units and have a 2.0 or above GPA and at least ONE full-time faculty or manager to serve as club advisor. Classified staff can serve as a co-advisor.

Step 2: Create and submit a club constitution. Please use Club Constitution Template.

Step 3: Complete and submit online club registration. Register your Club

Step 4: Complete and submit a Club Account Authorization Form.

Step 5: Attend MANDATORY Club Rush the 3rd week of the fall and spring semester.

Step 6: New Club Officers must attend MANDATORY club orientation.

*All club forms and documentation must be emailed to the Office of Student Life at studentlife@deltacollege.edu.


 

Club Orientation:

Orientation is MANDATORY for all the club officers (President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and ICC Rep). No registration is required to attend club orientation sessions. Please ensure all club officers attend a scheduled orientation. You will not be allowed in the orientation if you are more than 5 minutes late and will have to attend at another date.
