Founded in 1988 by EOPS Counselor/Professor Clarence Louie, APIASA has been fortunate to have had many wonderful people step up and volunteer over the years. ​

Operating with an Executive Board made up of current and past presidents, a treasurer, and a Scholarship Committee, these individuals give meaning and purpose to our organization through their selfless efforts to be involved and engaged. ​

Under the leadership of our new President, Professor Cirian Villavicencio, APIASA is at critical mass, due to recent retirements, and thus welcomes new folks that can continue our great legacy of service, commitment, and mentoring AAPI staff, faculty, managers, students, and community. ​
