The EOPS program is a state-funded program of support services which are designed to be above and beyond the scope of other services offered by the college.
These services are specifically designed for students who are economically and educationally disadvantaged.

CARE
Cooperative Agencies Resources for Education
The CARE Program is an affiliate program of EOPS designed to support the special needs of a single parent recipient of AFDC, TANF, or CalWORKS, 18 years of age or older, head of household, with one or more dependent below 18 years of age.

NextUp
NextUp - Current and/or Former Foster Youth
The NextUp Program, formally Cooperating Agencies Foster Youth Educational Support (CAFYES) is designed to serve current and/or former foster youth enrolled in San Joaquin Delta College by giving them access to resources offered by EOPS.
NextUP’s mission is to assist and guide current and/or former foster youth with their education goals by providing personal guidance, academic, and financial support.
