Bio: 

With over two decades of public relations experience in both public and private sectors, Jacqueline Ratto is a dedicated and accomplished PR professional. She’s a two-time Golden Achievement award winner from the National School Public Relations Association (NSPRA) and has earned multiple Awards of Excellence and Merit from the California School Public Relations Association (CalSPRA). Jacqueline has served as Public Information Officer for the San Joaquin County Office of Education, where her communication efforts garnered recognition at both state and national levels. She has also worked on the Fortune 500 Corporate Relations team at Pacific Gas & Electric, developing media strategies and advising senior leadership on press relations.

She holds a Master’s in Communication from the University of the Pacific and a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from San Diego State University, combining her expertise in research, design, and storytelling to create impactful PR strategies.

Outside of her professional life, Jacqueline enjoys traveling, volunteering, and spending time with her family in Stockton, California.
