The Puente Program is here to support you in reaching your goals!

Our goal is to increase the number of students who transfer to four-year colleges and universities, earn degrees, and return to the community as leaders and mentors for future generations. The program is open to all students who meet eligibility criteria.

As a Student of Puente, You Will:

  • Take an English Class with a curricular focus on Latino Literature and experience.
  • Take field trips to other four-year colleges and universities. See our Events!
  • Experience cultural activities.
  • Meet and connect with a professionally successful mentor who can assist you with your career goals.

Interested in Joining Puente?

Puente begins a new cohort every Fall. You must attend a Puente Information Session during Spring or Summer and meet with our Puente Counselor in order to enroll in these courses.
