Club Registration

All active clubs must complete and submit a Student Club Registration Form every academic year for the current year. Clubs may submit a form TWO (2) weeks before fall semester start.

Club Meeting & Event Reservation

All clubs must complete and submit a Club Meeting & Event Registration Form at least TWO (2) weeks in advance to reserve spaces on campus. We encourage club officers to complete this form with their club advisor. Once form is submitted, the Office of Student will notify the club with ONE (1) week with a confirm reservation and provide any further details and information.

Please note: Club Advisors or Club Officers must submit this form to host any club meetings or events on/off campus, or virtually. Advisors must be present at all club activities in order for event to occur (see BP 5430).

Submit Your Event

The event calendar is meant to promote events sponsored by the college, our departments, organizations, and recognized student groups as well as local events involving faculty, students and recognized College organizations. The inclusion or exclusion of any event will be determined by the Marketing and Communications office.

Club Grant Request

ASDC Club Grant Request

ASDC provides annual funding for club events and activities. For the 2024-2025 academic year, clubs may apply for up to $1,120 in total. Clubs are welcome to apply two times per semester as long it does not exceed the dollar limit amount per year. 

Please note: Submitting a grant request does not guarantee funds will be grantee in the full amount requested.

ICC Club Grant Request

Clubs may request funding twice per semester with max request of $500 per meeting for a total of $1,000 each semester. Below is the process that can be used to request funding:

  • Complete and submit a Club Funding Grant Request Form. All applications must include a budget breakdown when requesting for funding.
  • Clubs requesting funds will be placed on the Inter-Club Council (ICC) Agenda for review.

Please note: Submitting a grant request does not guarantee funds will be granted in the full amount requested.

Club Rush Information

Club Rush is a multi-day event organized by the Office of Student Life, for clubs to promote their organization on campus and recruit new potential members. This is a MANDATORY event; each club must participate at least ONE (1) day.

Please note: Attendance will be taken both days to ensure clubs are present.
 

Location:
Location for Club Rush will be held in the Quad, weather permitting; otherwise, event will be relocated to Upper Danner.

Dates/Time:

  • Wednesday, September 11, 2024 | 11:00AM – 1:00PM
  • Thursday, September 12, 2024 | 11:00AM – 1:00PM
