AT&T Access https://www.att.com/internet/access/ is a low-cost internet option. AT&T offers low-cost wireline home Internet service to qualifying households: With at least one resident who participates in the U.S. Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)/Food Stamps.Fees: $5 to $10 a month. AT&T Access offers high-speed internet for qualifying households. There are no contracts, no deposit and no installation fee. California Connects Mobile Internet includes a mobile hotspot that lets college students stay connected to the Internet. Delta College students can borrow a laptop for free through our Student Equipment Loan Program. You can request a laptop by using the following form: https://www.deltacollege.edu/tech-loan-referral-request-form. To qualify, you must be enrolled in credit courses for the current semester and you must have returned any prior technology loan equipment that you borrowed.
