Admissions and Records
Assists students with applying for graduation, degrees, and certificates; registering for classes; submitting petitions; and request transcripts.
Assessment Center
Assessments are used to identify the skill levels of students in reading, writing, and math.
CalWORKs
Provides a variety of services including academic advising, child care assistance, supervised study time, work-study and jo preparation to CalWORKs students at Delta College.
CalWORKs Assessment
The CalWORKs Assessment Program is designed to test the interests, aptitudes and skill levels of CalWORKs participants to assist in the development of an employment plan needed by San Joaquin County Human Services Agency (HSA).
Career Transfer Center
Provides career life planning, employment services, re-entry services and transfer support services to students.
Child Development Center
Provides quality childcare and educational services to eligible children, with a priority given to eligible Full-time Delta College Students.
Counseling and Special Services
Provides personal, educational, and career counseling to Delta College students.
Disability Support Programs & Services (DSPS)
Supports eligible students of different abilities by providing services that afford them the opportunity to fully participate in all aspects of college programs and activities.
District Police and Public Safety
Offers a variety of services to provide a safe educational environment.
EOPS/CARE and NextUp
The EOPS/CARE and NextUp programs are state-funded program of support services which are designed to be above and beyond the scope of other services offered by the college. These services are specifically designed for students who are economically and educationally disadvantaged.

The Dean of Enrollment Services oversees Admissions and Records, Financial Aid & Scholarships, and the Child Development Center.

Provides information on grants, fee waivers, scholarships, work-study, and veterans benefits.
Empowerment Resource Programs
The Empowerment Resource Programs provides services and support for current and former foster youth as well as caregivers of Foster Youth.
Student Life, Clubs, and Student Government (ASDC)
Creates an environment in which students form and cultivate student organizations and clubs and supports student government and student leadership.
