Important Update for Spring 2021!

Mustang IDs (Student IDs) will NOT be distributed in a “Drive Thru” format this semester. Our campus and department are prioritizing the health and safety of our staff and students amid the raising COVID-19 cases in the San Joaquin area. 

The Associated Students of Delta College(ASDC) will not be printing out physical ID’s this semester, however we encourage students to continue to pay their $10.00 Student Activity Fee to support online virtual events and activities organized by the Associated Students of Delta College this semester. Delta College students who pay the Student Activity Fee will have the opportunity to win prizes for participating and meeting new students.

Mustang Pass is Your Official Campus ID Card!

Mustang PassBy paying the $10.00 Student Activity each fall and spring semester you are eligible to receive a Mustang Pass or new validation sticker. Your Mustang pass provides the following benefits:

  • Get instant access to free campus events, promotional giveaways, services and discounts.
  • Get discounts at local businesses.
  • Don't have a driver's license or state identification card, no problem. You can use your Mustang Pass as a form of identification to take course exams, placement tests and verify your enrollment at Delta College.
  • You will be eligible to apply for scholarships offered by the ASDC.

Making Payments on MyDelta

You may also pay for you Mustang Pass onsite/in-person during the pick-up times below. If you still continue to have issues with paying the Student Activity fee, please contact us at student.fees@deltacollege.edu for assistance. 

Step 1: Log into your MyDelta account to make a payment online. (Be sure to have your username and password available.)

Step 2: Select “Financial Account” and follow the instructions to pay the $10.00 Student Activity Fee. An email with a payment confirmation will be sent upon submission.

Step 3: Due to COVID-19, Mustang Passes will be issued once a month.

Step 4: Upon arrival to campus, please have the following available:

  • Log into MyDelta account from mobile device for your class schedule
  • Provide email confirmation of payment or log into mobile device to access MyDelta account to view “Payment History” for confirmation.
  • If you have a Mustang Pass, we will provide a validation sticker to place on your current ID.

Please Note: Face Mask are required on campus

Step 5: Your Mustang Pass will be issued the same day. We ask that you remain in your vehicle as we will issue ID’s in a drive thru format. If you are walking, we will have a designated area to ensure safety and social distancing.

Refunds and Lost Passes

  • Once the fee has been paid, it is non-refundable.
  • If you lose your pass, the replacement fee for the Mustang Pass is $10.
