Aerika Ledezma

Aerika Ledezma is one of the new Resource Specialist in the Social Science, Education and Public Service TrAC.  She started her college education right here at Delta College and received her Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Studies. Aerika transferred to CSU Stanislaus where she received her B.A. in Social Science with an emphasis in psychology, sociology, and ethnic studies. After obtaining her bachelor’s degree, Aerika began working with families in the social services sector. Before coming to Delta College, Aerika was employed with San Joaquin County for 7 years where she worked as an eligibility worker and social worker serving the county’s diverse population. When Aerika is not working, she enjoys gardening and hiking. 

As a former student and graduate of San Joaquin Delta College, Aerika is honored to be working for her alma mater. She is committed to her work as a Resource Specialist supporting students in achieving their academic goals. Aerika is excited to be a part of a team that fosters a culture of support where the mission is student and community success.
