ASDC Meetings
Meeting Dates
The Associated Students of Delta College (ASDC) adheres to the Brown Act, ensuring all meetings are open to the public. Meetings are held in the ASDC Boardroom, located in SHIMA 101C. Agendas are made available at least 72 hours prior to each meeting.
Please note: For wheelchair access, please enter through the Student Food Pantry in Shima 101.
ASDC Meetings
ASDC meetings are open to the public and take place Mondays, 2:30 pm– 4:30 pm (With the exception of district holidays and school breaks).

Campus Life Committee
This committee organizes campus life events and programs, supports student-led organizations, and promotes student engagement through activities during College Hour. Meetings are held every Monday from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.

Legislative Affairs Committee
This committee continuously reviews and recommends edits to ASDC bylaws and constitution. They also recommend resolutions to present to the Student Senate for California Community Colleges (SSCCC). Legislative Affairs meets weekly, every Tuesdays, 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm.

Marketing & Finance Committee
This committee reviews student club grant requests, routinely reviews the overall ASDC budget, and makes recommendations to the ASDC board on spending. This committee is also charged with developing a marketing and communications plan. Marketing and Finance meets the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month, 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm.

Equity Committee
The committee is responsible for recommending official positions on diversity, equity, and inclusion issues within ASDC and the college. The committee organized equity focused actions each fall and spring semester that promotes equity and inclusion. Equity Committee meets weekly, every Thursday, 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm.

Elections Committee
The committee is responsible for monitoring ASDC elections for the following academic year, ensuring compliance with election policies, overseeing candidate eligibility, and addressing any concerns or disputes that may arise during the process.
