Artist Statement:

I create experimental photographic work, employing camera-less photography or alternative processes to translate my local surroundings, recast everyday objects, or rewrite my own shadow. I respond to the physicality of my materials and highlight the illusion of texture and depth within the medium. Image fragments and layered exposures communicate the elusiveness of memory. In reference to photo history and the archive, I use repetition, found photographs, and analog methods.
