Johnny Sparks
Bio:
Johnny Sparks is a multidisciplinary artist who lives and works in Stockton, California. She primarily works with digital and traditional drawing, along with ceramics. She is currently studying art at Delta College.
Artist Statement:
I was excited to start this project because making my own book sounds so medieval and gave me the perfect opportunity to make this book look like it came from a fantasy world. Lord of The Rings is namely what I was inspired by because I was watching Rings of Power while I was creating this book. The green and gold in my book is a light example of the aesthetic from the franchise.
