Join our Political Science students as they present key research findings and policy recommendations from their study abroad experience in Parma, Florence, and other U.S. cities. Recognized by the Stockton City Council as official representatives to Stockton’s sister city, Parma, these students have explored innovative approaches to governance and community development.  

Their presentation will cover critical topics, including crime and social work, homelessness and affordable housing, economic and workforce development, climate action, civic engagement, and local budgeting. City officials, nonprofits, and community leaders are invited to engage in this important discussion on solutions for Stockton and San Joaquin County.
