An open apology to Delta students
Dr. Omid Pourzanjani, Superintendent/President
August 30, 2019

We know the new MyDelta registration system has been buggy at best.  On behalf of my team at Delta, I sincerely apologize for the challenges we are all facing during this migration to the new system.

Delta is a great institution that has the power to change lives. We want to make it easier for students to take advantage of the quality education that this College offers. Instead, the migration to the new system has created unintended barriers, albeit temporary barriers.

We are working hard to improve the new system and we cannot thank you enough for your patience with us over these past few weeks and months.  I truly hope that these issues do not cause you to pull away from your educational goals.  Know this: Despite these technological challenges, our commitment to serve you, the students, is as strong as ever. Our faculty and staff are determined to help you succeed, whatever your goals may be.

I appreciate your understanding and patience as we work together to resolve the remaining issues.

If you are still having trouble registering for courses, or need additional help with MyDelta, please let us know here.

Sincerely,

Dr. Omid Pourzanjani
