New & Returning Students
If you are new to Delta or have not enrolled in courses in the past two consecutive semesters, apply (or reapply) for Admission early to ensure you can register for classes! If you have questions or need more information, please contact the Admissions & Records Office via Admissions, Records & Evaluations, or via chat at the bottom right of the Admissions & Records web page.
Applications are processed daily. It may take a week to process your application. When your application is processed you will receive an email with your student ID and San Joaquin Delta College email to the email that was entered on your application. If you do not receive the email in one week, please contact admissions and records through live chat.
The basic steps to complete and submit an application are:
- Create an OpenCCC Account If you don’t already have one.
- Sign-in to your OpenCCC Account and start an application.
(If you do not remember your username and password, select “Forgot” or contact support at 877-247-4836 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org)
- Submit the San Joaquin Delta College Application Login-in and be sure your application is submitted.
Note: Do not use your school email when applying. Use a gmail or yahoo account. You will need access to the email you use after graduating high school.
If you do not receive the email with your Delta ID within one week, please contact CollegeEarlyStart@deltacollege.edu.
