If you have enrolled in Delta courses in the past two semesters, skip to step 4.
New & Returning Students
If you are new to Delta or have not enrolled in courses in the past two consecutive semesters, please apply (or reapply) early to ensure you can register for classes!
Applications are processed daily. It may take from a few hours up to one (1) week to process your application. When your application is processed you will receive an email with your student ID and information about your new San Joaquin Delta College email address to the email that was entered on your application. If you do not receive the email in one week, please contact Admissions and Records at: evaluations-followup@deltacollege.edu or live chat or contact us at: CollegeEarlyStart@deltacollege.edu.

The basic steps to complete and submit an application are:
- Create an OpenCCC Account If you don’t already have one.
- Sign-in to your OpenCCC Account and start an application.
(If you do not remember your username and password, select “Forgot” or contact support at 877-247-4836 or email at support@openccc.net) - Submit the San Joaquin Delta College Application Login-in and be sure your application is submitted.
Note: Do not use your school email when applying. Use a gmail or yahoo account. You will need access to the email you use after graduating high school.
If you do not receive the email with your Delta ID and Delta Dashboard username/Email address within one (1) week, please contact CollegeEarlyStart@deltacollege.edu.
