Public Art Program
The City of Stockton's Public Art Program operates under the guidelines of the City's Public Art Master Plan governed by the Stockton Arts Commission through its Public Art Advisory Committee (PAAC). The PAAC is responsible for administering the City's Public Art Program, including developing a public art plan for the City and reviewing and recommending designs, artists, and public art projects. The plan designates art as an integral part of public capital projects.
