Looking to connect with a community where you can just BEE? Well, the Black Excellence and Enrichment Academy strives to provide just that! Designed to increase the matriculation, retention, and graduation rates of students of African descent, this program's unique structure and cultural enrichment offerings will provide you with the Valley’s Own HBCU Experience. Students will be enrolled in two 8-week courses at a time while still completing 12-units per semester. Whether you are a first-time college student, a current high school student or a working adult, this program is for you!

Eligibility Requirements

  • Attend an interview/orientation session 
  • Meet with BEE Counselor and complete a Student Educational Plan  
  • Make a one-year commitment to the BEE Academy
