I love old cars and trucks, so I was inspired to create an image of an old vehicle in a beautiful scenery.
Why do I do art? Well, I have always loved creating things, like music, painting, airbrushing, etc., so I searched for a creative career to make a living. In the fall of 2020, I started at San Joaquin Delta College’s Graphic Arts Program. I have attended classes online for Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Web Design. I am attracted to creativity which takes my focus away from any specific art forum. So, I dabbled-in as many forms of art and mediums as I can get my hands on.
My goal is to advance my knowledge and skills to becoming a better artist. I am constantly pushing myself to enhance my technic, and even more so choosing a medium to master, or maybe one day it will choose me. I hope to contribute something to the world of art that will impact or at least inspire future generations. This concept is a working progress.
I created all five illustrations in Adobe Illustrator with a combination of layering, blending, and filter technics. Although, the subjects chosen for these three illustrations are different. The process behind the work is similar.
