Dr. Mark Slakey

Mark Slakey earned his B.A. and M.A. at CSU Sacramento, majoring in English and TESOL. In 2001, he earned his Ph.D. in American literature at the University of Wales, Bangor. He has taught a variety of classes at Delta College, including English composition, technical writing, American literature, and English as a Second Language, and he was Coordinator of the ESL Department from 1996 to 2009.
