Creating a Phase Plane Diagram

Your last job is easy. Using a single Show command, you can combine all six of the disease#plots that you made as you went through this lab into a single picture. As we learned in the Predator-Prey Laboratory, such a picture is called a phase-plane diagram. It allows us the get an overall view of how the susceptible and infected populations interact.
