San Joaquin Delta College in partnership with Cisco Systems Inc. has developed an academic program that prepares the students for an academic certificate and/or Associate in Science degree as well as industry certifications. Industry - recognized certifications provide measurable benefits to Networking Academy alumni and their employers.

The Cisco Academy centers in teaching students to design, build and maintain computer networks. The courses provide the students with skills for entry level positions as computer network technicians or administrators. Curriculum content is based on industry standards and skills that can be applied to any data or telecommunications platform. Students attain skills using state of the art equipment while working in real world case scenarios.

San Joaquin Delta College offers various courses, which prepare the students for multiple industry certifications. The core program prepares the students for the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA). However, other courses will prepare the students for the CCNA Security, CCNA Wireless, CCNP, A +, Network +, and other certifications.

Job Titles and Career Information
