Student Information System

Delta College is changing the way students, instructors, and staff access and manage student data. With the implementation of PeopleSoft's Campus Solutions, the new student information system will provide integrated admissions, enrollment, registration, financial aid, student accounts, and advising information. 

The development, release, training and ongoing support has been and will continue to be a collaborative campus effort, working across campus departments to create a more streamlined system that improves the experience for Delta College students.

Go-Live Dates

The new student information system will be implemented in a series of launches, with each launch introducing new components to begin replacing and updating many of our internal systems.

Go Live 1 - February 19, 2019

Components of Go Live 1

  • Financial Aid: Current Students who completed a Financial Aid Application for the 2019-2020 Academic year, can view any documentation that is needed from them to complete their application. Each task also includes details on the actions needed to successfully submit additional documentation. Visit Financial Aid for more information.
  • Student Account Information:  Delta College Students are to able to view their account information including name, contact details, and addresses. 
Go Live 2 - May 16, 2019

Components of Go Live 2

  • Course Catalog and Class Search  - A new Class Search, displaying the Fall 2019 Schedule of Classes, and a searchable Course Catalog are now live in the student portal. Additionally, all users can search the Delta College Course Catalog and Fall 2019 Schedule of Classes using a public link, no sign-in required.
  • Planner - Students are able log in to their portal add courses from the catalog to their planner. Once added, students can use the planner to arrange courses into terms and map out current and future semesters at Delta College. Note, this is phase one of the Planner. Additional functionality will be available in a future release.

  • Financial Aid: Students who completed a Financial Aid Application for the 2019-2020 Academic year, weres sent preliminary award notices Once notified, students were able to log in and review their Award and accept their award offer. Visit Financial Aid for more information.
Go Live 4 - June 10, 2019

Components of Go Live 4

  • Enrollment Appointments - Students can view their assigned registration date and time for Fall 2019 from Manage Classes > Enrollment Appointment.
  • Faculty Center - Faculty accounts were implemented. Faculty teaching Fall 2019 can access the Faculty Center to view their Fall 2019 teaching schedule, up to date enrollment information, and class rosters.
Go Live 4 - June 13, 2019

Components of Go Live 5

  • Registration -  On or after their assigned enrollment appointment, students can enroll in classes, adding them to their Fall 2019 class schedule
  • Shopping Cart - The Shopping Cart is now available to all students. Students can prepare for their registration date by adding classes to their shopping cart, validating their cart to verify enrollment and enroll from their shopping cart on or after their assigned date/time.
  • Financial Account - Student Financial Accounts can now be accessed in MyDelta. This includes viewing account balances, outstanding charges, and payment history for Fall 2019. Students can pay Fall 2019 fees and enroll in a payment plan. Student account information prior to Fall 2019 remains in our legacy system.
Go Live 4 - August 26, 2019

Components of Go Live 6

  • Academic History -  Students can now access their complete Academic History including courses taken and/or transferred into Delta and grades for all courses. Students can also download an Unofficial Transcript.
  • Academic Progress - Students can track their progress towards their Academic Goal at Delta College. Students can Enroll By Requirements, using the Academic Progress module to find and enroll in courses that satisfy their requirements. 
  • Faculty Center - New functionality were released to the Faculty Center including Drop Roster, access to a student's course history, ability to grant student-specific permissions and waitlist management
