How long will my order take? Do you offer a particular service?
What can I do if the copy shop is closed, and I need a job the next morning?
We now have a convenient way to submit your Print Ready job from your own computer. This technology is called the Digital Print Center (DPC), and is available to all staff and faculty. The Digital Print Center (DPC) can be accessed from your office or from any where that has internet , 24/7, assuring you a priority slot in our daily production. Registration for Digital Print Center (DPC) is available on the DPC Home page, on the right, under the login area.
How long will my job take?
Our goal is to have your work back to you the same day you submit it. That being said, there are several high volume periods each year that make this very difficult. These periods usually happen a couple of weeks before a new semester begins, and last through the first week or two of classes.
We do keep a machine open at all times for rush and walk-in jobs, so if you have an emergency, please let us know. Be aware that with the number of customers we have, emergency print orders happen quite often. So even though you have notified us of the urgency of your job, you may still have to wait a bit during peak periods.
What hours are you open? Where are you? How can I contact you?
We operate during the Fall and Spring semesters from 7:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. Monday Thru Thursday and from 7:00 A.M. until 4:30 P.M. on Fridays. We are located in Budd building room number 102. Our main contact number is 209-954-5127
Can I have one of my students submit and pick up work for me?
Absolutely, but for obvious reasons we will not allow students to submit or pick up Quizzes or Exams without written permission to release. If someone other than you is submitting an order in DPC on your behalf, they will need your personal login information and your Kuali Account Nunmber. When we place completed orders on the shelf, we do so in alphebetical order according to the last name of the person submitting the order, last name is required for pick-up.
I need to know how much my job costs before I commit to printing it. Can I get a quotation?
Yes, we are more than happy to provide you with a quote, just submit your order in DPC and you'll receive an email with a link to DPC order status. In order status you can review your order and then choose to approve or reject the order.
I have a problem with my copier or printer, do you handle that?
We handle minor problems on District owned printers only. How ever all leased and maintenance contracted copier/printer problems are handled by contacting the vendor directly. The vendors phone number and machine ID is on the front of all contracted equipment.Take a look at this link for more info. Campus Copiers & Printers
