Student Chef

The Student Chef Restaurant is Delta College's student-run restaurant. Two Culinary Arts classes operate the restaurant, handling both the Restaurant Operations and Kitchen Management.

local tomato, fresh basil, and garnish with cheese toast  4

Duck Tacos
Hoisin sauce, Asian pears salsa, shredded cabbage, on wonton shell  5

Arancini - Crispy Stuffed Rice Balls 
risotto stuffed with jack cheese,  caramelized onions, fresh herbs, and sundried tomato sauce  5
